Payment Form (Visa/MasterCard)

Payment policy
  1. A deposit of 40% of the total cost of the tour is to be paid to secure the booking. It is required within 15 days after the Itinerary is finalized and the Contract is signed.
  2. The remaining 60% is due upon the arrival in St. Petersburg. You can pay by MasterCard or Visa Card, or in cash (RUBs, or EURs are preferable).
  3. The deposit is to be made either by a BANK TRANSFER (EUR/ US$) or by a CREDIT CARD – MasterCard/Visa online (see the payment form above).
  4. The payment by a credit card is to be made ONLY AFTER the receipt of the quotation in RUBLES from BeHappyRussia : it will be stated in your Contract. The charge will be made in RUBLES according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment. The quotation for the tour is stated in US Dollars or EUROS for your convenience (to understand the exact cost of the tour).
  5. The amount of money debited on the customer’s account may be different from the amount on the bill (Contract for Tourism Services), either due to the recipient bank conversion, or customer’s bank billing system, which is beyond our control.
  6. The deposit becomes non-refundable after hotels, train tickets and all non-refundable museum tickets have been booked.
  7. Due to possible currency fluctuations and changes in service costs, prices are subject to variation at any time before the tour/ trip. You will be advised of any changes as soon as we are made aware of them ourselves.
  8. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation policy
  1. For cancellations occurring 45 and more days PRIOR to the scheduled arrival, no cancellation fee is charged and the 40% DEPOSIT becomes REFUNDABLE, minus any actual costs and expenses the Company may have incurred preparing the tour (such as the cost of pre-paid, non-refundable museum/theatre/ plane/train tickets, hotels, booking fees, bank fees, etc)
  2. In case of the tour cancellation from 1 to 44 days PRIOR to the scheduled arrival, the 40% DEPOSIT becomes NON – REFUNDABLE.
  3. No refunds can be made in case of the Client’s no-show.

The tour is considered booked only after the deposit is made.

Useful info on payment:

There is an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card. Your cards must support the 3-D Secure to get the payment go through.
