Payment policy
  1. A 40%* deposit (online payment by MasterСard/Visa or bank transfer) is required within 15 days after the Itinerary is finalized and the  Contract is signed.
  2. The remaining 60% is due upon the arrival in St. Petersburg. You can pay by MasterCard or Visa Card, or in cash (RUBs, or EURs are preferable).
  3. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation policy
  1. In case of the tour cancellation MORE than 6 weeks prior to the tour date, no cancellation fee is charged. The deposit is refundable, minus any actual costs the Company may have incurred preparing the tour (such as the cost of pre-paid museum/theatre/ plane/train tickets, etc). All refunds need to be requested in writing.
  2. In case of the tour cancellation LESS than 6 weeks prior to the tour date, the 40%* deposit is considered non-refundable.
  3. No refunds can be made in case of the Client’s no-show.

Useful info on payment:

There is an extra level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card. Your cards must support the 3-D Secure to get the payment go through.

In Russia all payments are to be made in the local currency, RUBLES, i.e. we can debit cards ONLY in RUBLE equivalent to US DOLLARS or EURs. We charge according to the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment.

The quotation for the tour is stated in US Dollars or EURs for your convenience (to understand exactly the cost of your tour).

The amount of money debited on the customer’s account may be different from the amount on the bill (Tour Services Contract), either due to the recipient bank conversion, or customer’s bank billing system, which is beyond our control.
